Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Connectica Co., Ltd. (the "Company") and partners in connection with participation in campaigns and settlement of earnings through Linckle, the platform operated by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The following terms have the meanings set forth below.

  1. "Platform" means the digital service environment, including the web and applications, operated by the Company to connect Clients and Partners.
  2. "Partner" means a creator who agrees to these Terms, registers on the Platform, and participates in Campaigns.
  3. "Client" means a corporation or sole proprietor that registers on the Platform to commission a marketing Campaign and pay the applicable consideration to the Company.
  4. "Campaign" means any marketing activity requested by a Client from a Partner through the Platform.
  5. "Content" means any video, image, text, or other work created or posted by a Partner in performing a Campaign.
  6. "Tracking Link" means a unique link or promotional code assigned by the Company to a Partner to identify the Partner's contribution to sales.
  7. "Commission" means earnings paid by the Company to a Partner for confirmed purchases generated through a Tracking Link.
  8. "Purchaser" means a person who orders and pays for goods or services sold by the Company through the Mall after viewing a Partner's Content.
  9. "Mall" means the online storefront operated by the Company through which the Company sells, in its own name, goods or services entrusted to it for sale by Clients.
  10. "Settlement Amount" means the total of Commissions, fixed fees payable to a Partner under the Campaigns described in Article 10-2(1)(2) and (3), compensation under Article 11-5(1), and reimbursement of a purchase price under Article 10-2(4).

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendment of These Terms)

  1. These Terms become effective when posted on the Platform.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. The Company will specify the amendments and their effective date, post them on the Platform, and notify Partners at their registered email addresses at least 30 days before the effective date.
