(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") actively protects the personal information of Korean clients (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") using the Linkle platform, and strictly complies with the 「Personal Information Protection Act」 and other relevant laws and regulations. This Privacy Policy informs the Client of the purposes and methods for which their personal information is used and what measures are being taken to protect it.
Article 1 (Items of Personal Information Collected and Collection Methods)

- Member Registration and Account Management: Company name, Business registration number, Representative's name, Manager's name, Manager's mobile phone number, Manager's email address, Password
- Payment and Settlement: Bank name, Account number, Account holder's name, Copy of business registration certificate, Copy of bankbook

- Information generated during service use: Access IP information, Cookies, Access logs, Service usage records, Misuse/bad usage records

- Member registration and campaign registration forms on the platform website, Customer Center (email, phone, online inquiry), and written forms
Article 2 (Purposes of Collection and Use of Personal Information)
The Company utilizes the collected personal information for the following purposes:
- Service Provision and Contract Fulfillment: Platform utilization, campaign matching, and supporting consultations for secondary content use.
- Payment and Settlement: Invoicing for service usage fees, deducting influencer commissions and settling profits, and issuing tax invoices.
- Client Management: Identity verification for using membership services, prevention of unauthorized use by bad members, confirmation of intent to join, preservation of records for dispute resolution, complaint handling and other civil applications, and delivering notices.
Article 3 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)
In principle, after the Client withdraws their membership or the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved, the corresponding information will be destroyed without delay. However, if there is a need to retain it under the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, the Company shall preserve the membership information for the period specified by the relevant laws as follows:
